The Origin is built on a Seiko NH35: 21 jewels, 21,600 vibrations an hour, 41 hours of reserve, hand-winding with a hacking seconds hand. We regulate each movement here to +6/-4 seconds a day, then case it in 40 mm of brushed 316L steel with a domed sapphire crystal, anti-reflective coated on the underside.
The case
40 mm wide, 10.8 mm thick, 47 mm lug to lug. Polished flanks, screw-down sapphire caseback, 50 m water resistance.
The dial
Sunburst lacquer with applied indices. Indices and hands are filled with Super-LumiNova NW17. Date window at 3 o'clock.
On the wrist
Five-link 316L bracelet with a micro-adjust folding clasp and 20 mm lugs. Every watch also ships on an Italian calfskin strap.

AURELLE started in 2019, when two movement technicians took a small room on the rue des Granges and decided to make the watch they kept being asked about. We still take orders here and regulate every watch here, and we still make three finishes — because that is what four people can do properly.
